EVOLUTION means 'the process of change' & SPIRITUAL EVOLUTION means 'evolution of Spirit Consciousness'.
SPIRITUAL AWAKENING takes place within us through various stages.
1️⃣PHYSICAL AWARENESS〰
initially we become aware of our physical body & it's needs.
2️⃣MENTAL AWARENESS〰
then we become aware of our ability to think, feel & understand.
These two stages play a vital role in our BODY AWARENESS & SOCIAL AWARENESS. Usually person is not alone. He/She is always a part of a group. It is always easy to do things all others are doing.
3️⃣SPIRITUAL AWARENESS〰
as we grow we become conscious of the persuasion of our own spirit. If we keep feeding it with our attention we become aware of our true identity, our Inner Essential Being; our Soul.
